Who we are

Students and professionals in the fields of mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, and related disciplines manage this website. We are also in close collaboration with wellness and life coaches. Our central focus is to promote self-love, wellness, and empower individuals who are finding themselves, experiencing new life chapters or transitions, or those who want to embark on their wellness journey. This site focuses on and highlights the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, physical/movement, social/relationships, intellectual, environmental, financial, occupational, and spiritual.

Who is this site for? It's for everyone, our material can help whether it has a direct or indirect impact on you. We do, however, have a special interest in those who receive a lack of representation in wellness and mental health spaces.
