Who we are

Mykel Wellness LLC believes in empowering all woman no matter your background. However, our goal is to advocate for wellness, mental health, and the arts within marginalized communities. We wish to redefine the narrative of wellness and mental health as being expensive or inaccessible to one of affordability and ease of access. This is achievable through our three 3 C’s Mission.

Coaching: client or group centered model that focuses on improving wellbeing through goal setting, developing functional habits, strengthening coping mechanisms, and empowering the wellness journey.

Community: representation and community matters, productive social exchange and collaboration is the foundation to developing healthier dynamics both collectively and individually.

Creativity: culture and identity are commonly expressed through the arts. We will do our part to support creative women and their amazing contributions to the community.
